Sour Cream Biscuits

Rich, delicious and easy sour cream biscuits

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 sticks butter, melted


  • Mix all ingredients in bowl
  • Drop by spoonfuls into greased mini muffin tins (for regular muffin tins bake for 30 minutes instead)
  • Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees


You can also add 1/4 cup shredded cheddar if you like cheesy biscuits that are really similar to the Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits, I like them plain though, they are delicious on their own!
