I don’t know but these gorgeous sliced radishes so appealed to me today! Growing up, radishes made their main appearance in salad (and yes, my mom actually sliced and added them, this was long before the days of salad in a bag I’m sorry to say!). And I was always drawn to their pretty colors but the taste? Meh. However, I’m always on the lookout for “pretty” healthy food, I love colors, so I guess you could say I’m reconsidering radishes.
