Happy Thanksgiving! Â It’s one of my favorite holidays of the year, because it’s filled with food and gratitude (seriously, who doesn’t like food and gratitude?!). Â We’re doing dinner out this year with some good friends which is easy and nice and stress-free. Â And honestly, I’m pretty filled with gratitude daily. Â I try to live a somewhat spiritual life and one of the main tenets of that is gratitude, like, sometimes I even make a gratitude list (albeit more often mentally than physically). Â It’s a really good way to live, and I have so much to be thankful for. Â My adult life has had many twists and turns, and I always come back to gratitude. Â I have a wonderful husband, my extended family is cool and healthy, I have Little Blue Deer which has been around for almost 10 years and actually manages to support me, beautiful home in gorgeous Ft. Lauderdale, and really good friends that I see almost every day and who are also like family to me. Â And two Siamese cats (my level of gratitude varies there lol!). Â But I’ve had some really rough times too, I lost my first husband when I was 38 and have had some other tough times like everyone, but even during those times I managed to maintain a level of basic gratitude and acceptance, and for that I am probably most grateful of all!
I wish everyone a wonderful holiday, and I am so grateful for all you readers and clients, you deserve the best!
