Summer is here, and it’s time for chilled ceviche and a lovely glass of refreshing spa water! Shari’s spa water recipe: Cut up one lemon and one cucumber, drop slices into a pitcher filled with distilled water. Add 3 sprigs of rosemary, let steep in the refrigerator overnight, and serve over ice.  So fresh!
