For summer, white is so, so right. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about a bulky white wool sweater when it’s freezing outside, but in summer, white is my go-to color (and yes, I totally stock up on bleach!). As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, you can’t go wrong with a clean white button-down, wear it with cutoffs, over a bikini or tucked into a pair of tailored cotton khakis. And I love the platform tennie trend (I love to look taller, even though I’m already tall, in my mind I look like Karlie Kloss but in reality I just look like a tall girl in tall shoes, you know the feeling), but white sneakers with shorts or a mini is always preppy cool.
