Technical Support
Once your blog is installed, we will gladly assist you with any questions that you have for up to 5 days after installation. Please keep in mind that the changes we make to your blog during the design process are purely cosmetic, nothing we do affects the way the blog functions, including posting, how your blog appears in blogrolls, and any other Blogger or outside vendor (Link Within, Facebook and Twitter widgets, etc.) functionality.
If you have questions regarding functionality, the best resource is the Blogger Help Forum.
We kindly disregard all inquiries regarding technical issues, please understand that we are designers, not technical support. Any technical inquiries will be directed back to this link.

The Little Blue Deer team consists of Shari, Rachel and Elaine. Communication through email only please, no phone calls will be accepted. Email answered Monday through Friday. ABSOLUTELY NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ANY TIME, LBD IS STRICTLY AN INTERNET-BASED BUSINESS. PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION YOUR COMFORT LEVEL WITH THIS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH YOUR ORDER.
Files
Though we do save your files for future updates (for a small fee), we are not responsible if files are lost or damaged. If you would like a copy of your master files to store yourself, please let us know. Otherwise, we claim no responsibility for file storage.
Additional Terms + Conditions
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE FOR EXCESSIVE REVISIONS. Our hourly rate is $55 per hour. Custom blogs and the necessary revisions take approximately 4 hours to complete. If you wish for revisions beyond the allotted amount of time you will be charged at an hourly rate (which will be pro-rated).
Payment via Paypal or check, USD only. Checks should be made out to Little Blue Deer, LLC. Address will be provided. You do not need a Paypal account to use a credit card. Outstanding balances after 30 days will be referred to attorney and professional collection action will be taken.
We do not claim ownership of any of the photos utilized unless specified. Please keep in mind that LBD charges for design, not use of photos, as they are not our property. If you are the owner of a photo and wish to have it removed, please kindly email. If you are the blog owner, we will replace your photo free of charge. We encourage credit of photos utilized.
Your blog design will include a footer linking to Little Blue Deer. All blog designs, including design proofs not used, are the property of Little Blue Deer, LLC.
We utilize outside vendors including Photobucket for photo hosting and Webs.com for Flash font hosting. We are not responsible for any service issues or interruptions from these vendors. We do assume all costs associated with their services.
