It’s all sparkles and cupcakes till someone gets hurt! Is it too early for a little sparkle? Since I’m not a huge drinker, New Year’s Eve is not a big thing to me, I don’t even like to go out to dinner because it’s so crowded, but I do like shiny stuff and I do like the chance to dress up!
