So hopefully by the time you all read this I will be knee-deep in smoked fish, lol! I’m traveling in Europe for 3 weeks (follow my Instagram to keep up with my adventures!), primarily in Scandinavia, where I hope to be partaking of a boatload of smoked and cured fish! Bagels and lox is hands-down one of my favorite foods, closely followed by any kind of delicious smoked fish dip, so I have high hopes for delightful fish like this. And hey, if it tastes as good as they gorgeous food photos look, I will be doubly happy, though I’m definitely not picky on aesthetics, enjoy!
