Do you have snow? Does anyone have snow? I will not see one flake this year (at least not till I get to Boston which might not be happening this winter, I think I’m going to let the husband go it alone this month, much as I love breaking out the boots and my awesome Badgley Mischka leather-sleeved coat, I’m kind of content right now with our tropical temps!). But once again I’m still on holiday overload and so I’m appreciating these snow-white interiors. Here’s a thought. If you’re stuck in a rental (white walls, white carpet, all white er’thing), go with it! Instead of trying to inject color, why not stick with white: white linens, white furniture, white china. It’s actually a cheap and easy way to give a cohesive look to your decor and the end effect is pretty calming and serene wouldn’t you say?
