I’m reading a fantastic book, 36 Yolks by chef Eric Ripert and it’s all about his life in food. It’s fascinating, he’s an amazing storyteller but also he talks a lot in the book about presentation, or le table. He grew up in a family where the presentation of the table: fresh flowers, linen tablecloths at every meal, was de rigueur. So I’m on this kick now with presentation, trust me, I usually eat on the couch, and I’m trying to be a lot better about this and make a meal, a meal. So I’m loving this gorgeous pink inspiration, hope you do too!
