Outside In

The reality of the deep, dark days of winter finally starting to set in?  Won’t see daylight for days or every day is gray and dreary?  Time to bring the outdoors in!  When working with outdoor plants (and trust me I’m not a green thumb, my biggest indulgence is a little balcony garden) but I always try to stick with potted plants that can transfer easily from outdoors to in.  So consider bringing in some plants as a semi-permanent fixture, they’ll brighten up your interiors and should continue to flourish if placed in a sunny corner.  Alternately, a bright green or yellow accent wall can immediately cheer up a space for a happy pop of spring in the midst of winter!
