Fall is in full swing here in the great state of Vermont (and yes, I promise I will post all the details, if anyone even cares lol), I am now the proud owner of a cozy little condo in the tiny southwest corner of the state (dangerously close to New York lol! I jest, but ya’ll root for the wrong teams!).
