I avoid red and green like the plague at Christmas time, I love it for other people but it’s just so against my whole personal aesthetic that it’s hard for me to get enthused about it – I love to see it at the mall, at restaurants or at other people’s houses but it’s not for me personally (minus my one pair of tight red capris that get trotted out every Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Fourth of July lol!). So I loved these beautiful pearl and pastel Christmas cookies, they’re so my style! I feel like if I had more time, cookie decorating would be right up my alley, I guess I’m kind of a fine artist so it appeals to me, though I still have a feeling my cookies would come out nothing like this either. Anyway, some good inspiration here, hope you’re doing something festive and fun this weekend!
