It’s the third weekend in August and closing in on the end of summer, are you counting the days for it to be over or desperately clinging to every last vestige of sunshine? I have already noticed the days getting shorter, an after dinner walk down Las Olas Boulevard is now a true evening stroll. I have no kids to get back to school (though if I could sign up for kitty day care I sure would), and I live in south Florida where it is basically summer year ’round so the traditional end of summer doesn’t mean a whole lot to me, but I know for my New York and New England friends you are making the most of every warm weekend left, so enjoy!
