Coconut Chicken Tenders

My husband loves coconut, so these are a nice treat for him! I like to add some flour to the Bisquick mix, and you can serve with whatever dipping sauce you love: honey mustard, ranch dressing, sweet Thai chili, the list goes on!

  • Cook chicken till lightly crispy and tender, about 4 minutes on each side
  • Garnish with cilantro, extra coconut, and sesame seeds, if desired
