While browsing the other day I ran across the most amazing article on Design Sponge about my little dream cottage, lol! This is a cottage called Captain’s Rest on a remote spot on the Tasmanian coast owned by brilliant stylist Sarah Andrews. You can (and should!) read the whole story and see all of the gorgeous photos here, basically she bought a historic register cottage and redid the entire thing herself, with the nearest hardware store over 8 hours away! As well as adhering to the strict design standards for historic renovation, it’s an amazing article be sure to check it out!
