Loving these chalky, weathered textures. I’ve been all about textured walls lately, wallpaper, tempaper, faux finishing, I think there’s such a trick to making it not look cheesy and fake, outside of legitimately living in a loft with real stone or brick walls. If you look through shelter mags and catalogs, you can really see the difference texture on the walls makes, it can transform a home from something that looks pre-fab and cookie cutter to something striking, and with depth and interest. Living in four eggshell walls right now, I can see this is something I’m going to need to investigate further!
