An angel wing sculpture, among other things! Decorating is so much fun when you think outside the box! Who knew that a pair of angel wings weren’t just for a Halloween costume (or the ballet, I am proud to say that I made my on-stage debut as a tiny Nutcracker angel ha ha, good memories!). Designing around found items can really help kickstart your room theme, it’s always so good to think outside the box, maybe you have a piece of artwork, a pillow, or one or two old photographs that you really want to display but don’t quite know how. Try using your statement piece as the focal point, and work around it. This can be a fantastic way to quickly and easily refresh a room with an unexpected punch!
